Introduction

PatentDuo is a Budapest-based sportswear brand that was born from a very simple problem.

Many women love to do yoga, Pilates, and exercise — but they feel that most sportswear is made of synthetic fibers , has a “plastic” feel, easily irritates the skin , gets stuffy, or is no longer the same after a few washes. That's what I was looking for: a piece of clothing that is comfortable , beautiful , and really feels good on the skin all day long.

I'm Ivett Orbán, I work as a graphic designer and knitwear designer, aesthetics and naturalness have always been important to me. Yoga and sports are part of my life, and even after a long search, I couldn't find quality sportswear at home that is made from more natural materials , skin-friendly, and remains of good quality in the long run.

The essence of our Patentduo brand is slow fashion : we do not make mass products, but fewer pieces, with greater attention. It is important to us that our clothes are durable and that we operate transparently: we work with premium materials and our pieces are made in Hungary . We send orders in conscious packaging .

PatentDuo is not just about clothes, it’s also about making movement feel good — not extra stress for your skin. There’s a word that means a lot to me personally: ikigai . It roughly translates to “why you get up in the morning,” what gives you meaning. With PatentDuo, I want women to find their own rhythm: in movement, in everyday life, and in choosing things that are truly good for them.
